The reason this topic is covered towards the end is that for you to do a quick run on this checklist of things. These are very important to be followed and checked-off, otherwise you burn out or become less productive. 

Go through each hack or booster and work towards these. Remember, it does not happen overnight and each one of us should work towards these without fail. Keep the patience, but never lose the consistency.

Leader in you starts with you

Become a role model for your team. Be the leader and not the follower. Focus on your strengths and strengthen further on those and work on your weaknesses conquering one at a time. But be a leader always.

Team Building

Oftentimes we assume there is a blanket solution for all sorts of issues and for all kinds of cultures. The reality is different. We have to consider cultural aspects very keenly, strike a balance and get all the ground covered so you are able to build an efficient team that resonates with the culture of the company you are aspiring to build.

Life Purpose

Starting from choosing a business idea to executing and bringing revenues, the life purpose has to be considered at every granular level. Really, that gives you the sense of satisfaction and joy in the process of entrepreneurship. So, it is good to keep reminding ourselves of what and why you started what you started. This keeps you moving in both success and failure.

Dealing with pressure/Stress

A lot of mixed bag emotions, opinions and views on stress have been shared by leaders. However, it is intrinsic to your personality on how you take it and deal with it. Stress is going to be there, what, when, why and the repercussions cannot be exactly described. But it is you that has to bounce back and be on your feet. Reverse engineering does help a lot when you encounter a stressful moment to understand the trigger point of stress and slowly take steps to mitigate or overcome next time.

Brainstorming skills

A lot of programs or courses or lectures don’t cover this important aspect in everyone’s work life and all the more for an entrepreneur. In the end, it is the mind that does most of the work when it comes to being an entrepreneur. So brainstorming before making a decision in anything you do is an important hack and skill that you need to develop and exercise as an entrepreneur.

Relating to real world

As much as you think critically and fulfill the needs of the market in your concept, it is also important to wear the hat of your customer and see from the eyes of the real world which in turn will help you make right decisions.

Continuing education

Education is a lifelong process and journey. Just because you have earned a degree and qualification, don’t think it’s over. As a matter of fact you need to upgrade your skills more now than ever as an entrepreneur.

Abundance Mentality

Having an abundance mentality will help you visualise the good and aspire to dream big. It’s good to have your own narrative built around good things happening, being content with what you have and have a progressive mindset. Learn from the mistakes and just take the next important action instead of brooding over the past or regretting the past.

Motivation

There are two types- Intrinsic and Extrinsic. Intrinsic motivation happens because you like to do that type of activity without having an external factor or trigger to get motivation. On the other hand, extrinsic motivation happens when you get a deal or something good happens externally. Keep the motivation going which will help you overcome fear and keeps you at bay in terms of expecting results.

No way out like a job or more school

This is the last one in the list but definitely the most important one. Remember, in school or in job, you were able to skip a class or a meeting, but when you are the torchbearer leading the concept and team, you don’t get that leverage. People are dependent on you. This is going to be long hours, hectic but yet rewarding. Keep that in mind and be prepared to work extra all the time.
